From Murray
Just to let you know that we had a great time last week in a very cosy cottage in Youlgreave.  We had great views over the beautiful Bradford Dale and to open country and hills beyond.  It was cold! but the cottage had good heating and a log burning stove which was great fun to use and really belted out the heat!  Each day we were able to enjoy walks from the cottage down by the river and around the village.  It was a bit slippery in places on the snow and ice but there is something very special about walking in the snow.  The great thing was that it really felt away from it all, even though it was less than an hour’s drive from home.
