BEARING WITNESS The world’s poorest and most vulnerable people are already suffering the impacts of climate change. Act and pray for climate justice by joining a day of workshops, service and vigil in Manchester on Saturday 1st October from 12 noon to 7.30 pm. Itinerary on reverse of poster in The Meeting Place.

BACK TO CHURCH SUNDAY is on 25th Sept. We will be celebrating it at our 10.00 am service. The invitations are in church.  

CONFIRMATION Vicki, Sally and Grace are to be confirmed at St Chad’s Church on Sun 18th Sept at 10 am by the Bishop of Sheffield. It would be great if some of us could be there to support them.

CHURCH GARDEN John Brown has drawn up a plan of the garden and divided it into small plots; we now need volunteers to look after a plot. If you can help, please put your name on the list for the plot you can care for. (The grass will continue to be cut by Robert.) For more information see John or Ken. Thank you.

CHURCH GARDEN Now all the hard work has been done tidying the church grounds, John Brown has drawn up a plan of the garden and divided it into small plots. We now need volunteers to look after a plot. If you can help, please put your name on the list for the plot you can care for. (The grass will continue to be cut by Robert.) SCC Parks & Countryside has allocated 1,000 spring flowering bulbs to St Paul’s free of charge. If people want to plant them in "their" plot, they are available in October.
